The Curious Case of Tie Dyeing with Kids

On a recent sunny day when our kids were home from school, a friend & I decided to brave tie dying with our preschool aged kids - & we had a blast. It had been over a decade since I last tie dyed, & now I find myself thinking of all the possibilities of things I could tie dye next. Napkins! Towels! Sheets! I have a feeling tie dye experimentation will be happening again soon :)

My friend was incredibly thoughtful & offered to wash all of the dyed clothes together, so when she dropped off the bundle that we made, I couldn’t help but make a stop motion video of untying it!
